Centurion Site Services offers Lantra training to enable our employees to gain further qualifications within the industry.

A current driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK is essential along with a minimum of 6 months driving experience. You must be available to work day, night and weekend shifts due to the nature of the works. A vehicle is provided to employees for work purposes once training is complete.

Rates of pay depending on experience / qualifications. Please note that these rates/hours increase once training is complete.

As CAD Supervisor, you'll be a hands-on leader, driving growth, mentoring your team, and delivering high-quality, bespoke TTM designs that keep the UK's roads safe and efficient. - Lead and oversee the CAD team, providing hands-on training, development, and performance guidance to build capability and drive departmental growth. This position reports directly to the Technical Manager.

- Set clear short- and long-term deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

- Collaborate closely with clients and in-house Contracts Managers to understand needs and create tailored, innovative solutions.

- Produce 12AB and 12D CAD drawings using BricsCAD and Cone11, while strictly adhering to Chapter 8, TSRGD, and all relevant regulations, guidance, and legislation.

What we're looking for:

- Proven ability to develop both 12AB and 12D CAD designs (essential).

- Excellent working knowledge of Chapter 8, TSRGD, and related guidance.

- Proficiency in BricsCAD and Cone11
