Traffic Management Operatives (12AB) & Trainees (Cambridge)

We are currently seeking experienced 12AB Operatives and motivated trainees to join our professional team based in Cambridge.

What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- 12AB Lantra qualification (preferred; not required for trainees)
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must reside within 30 minutes of our Cambridge depot (to support effective fatigue management)

12D TM Operatives (Rochester & Salisbury)

We are looking for flexible and reliable people to undertake the installation / recovery of traffic management systems such as temporary traffic lights, stop/go boards, full road closure / diversions and lane closures.

A Lantra M1/2 qualification is required at a minimum. A Company Vehicle is provided for work purposes.

Centurion Site Services offers Lantra training to enable our employees to gain further qualifications within the industry.

A current driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK is essential along with a minimum of 6 months driving experience. You must be available to work day, night and weekend shifts due to the nature of the works. A vehicle is provided to employees for work purposes once training is complete.

Rates of pay depending on experience / qualifications. Please note that these rates/hours increase once training is complete.
